I love my friends, my sisters, and my family. I love instruments. I taught myself to play the piano, ukulele, banjo, and most importantly, guitar. I write songs, all of which are on my Fender acoustic. 99% of which are inspired by boys. Boys I love, boys I miss, boys who hurt me, and boys I hurt. It should be plain to you that my biggest influence is Taylor Swift. I had a dream once that Entertainment Weekly magazine named me "Best New Young Artist" and "The Next Taylor", and I was on Ellen. Those are a few of my goals. And to be her opening act on tour, one of these days. :) I'm the most comfortable when I'm singing to someone, especially if I'm strumming a guitar with it, and I feel like I never know what to say or how to say it unless I can put it to music. Singer/songwriter first, actor second. I love theatre. All kinds. Best roles I've played: Julia Sullivan- Wedding Singer; Stella Kowalski- A Streetcar Named Desire; Meryl Burbank- The Truman Show. I like writing poetry, watching Victorious (especially for Liz Gillies and Ariana Grande), Disney movies, Mean Girls, and Degrassi, reading Harry Potter, Twilight, and Maximum Ride, and belting every lyric to every T. Swift and "13 The Musical" song when I'm home alone. Not particularly fond of high school. I want to live in Nashville. I love cannolis, chili, and Trader Joe's mac and cheese. I'll never, ever grow up.

Looked long and hard to find myself for years. I know I'm young, but I found myself the day I picked up a guitar and a pen and decided to write down everything I was feeling. From there, it just kinda fell together.

I put my heart and soul onto this blog. The only other place I'm able to do that is on stage, so I've decided that I have to make this happen for me.

Bugs scare me. Nothing is better than the smell of a hot pizza. I love the city but I'm a country girl at heart. McDonald's french fries make me exceedingly happy. I'm a bit of a simpleton and I'm pretty low-maintenance. I know every breed of dog to ever have existed and one day I WILL own a horse, because, after performing, of course- horseback riding is the next best feeling. I'm a bit obsessed with guitars and I get super excited when I see a really cool one. I love sundresses and cowboy boots and curling my hair, and I especially love sweatpants and sneakers and ponytails. I'm fascinated by sports cars, but I know when I drive, all I'll want is a pickup truck. I'm a grammar freak and an English nerd, who hates all kinds of sciences, especially chemistry. I have the crappiest laptop in the world because I'm saving my money for a Taylor guitar and it doesn't bother me in the least.
